We all have parts of ourselves that we want to work on, that we want to heal, strengthen, and make better. Yes, we can do that just by working the outside of ourselves but its not until we get into our minds and our souls that we actually grow. That is what I want to help you with. The asanas (physical postures) will guide the mind into a place of peace and a nice side effect is a strong, lithe, and healthy body.
