Yoga is the union of the mind, body, and breath. Bringing everything together as one so your whole being can grow stronger, wiser, and more peaceful. Yoga is comprised of many things, one being the physical aspect. Once we train the physical body through asanas (poses) and teach ourselves how to properly breathe, only then can we truly change our minds.
