Yoga is the union of the mind, body and breath. Yoga brings everything together as one so your whole being can grow stronger, wiser and more peaceful. Once we train the physical body through asanas (poses) and teach ourselves how to properly breathe, only then can we truly change our minds.

Teaching yoga since 2008, Jeanette Davison brings a lightness to her yoga classes mixed with grace and encouragement. Certified in Pure Flow Yoga, Sport Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, and Pilates; Jeanette’s knowledge of how the mind, breath and body work together helps each student find peace and strength in their practice.
